Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping will be charged twice the regular shipping amount. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery following receipt of the corresponding purchase order.

Tax Information

Texas residents add 8.25% sales tax to your order. Libraries, schools, not-for-profits, and other qualified groups and individuals may place a tax-exempt order. Please fax your tax-exempt certificate to 1 (888) 641-6456.

Returns

Any discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your order. If you are not completely satisfied with the items purchased, you may return them for credit or replacement within 30 days after receipt. Items must be in new condition, free from damage, and able to be resold. Shipping charges are not refunded on returns. Call customer service at (713) 466-6456 before returning items.
